the location is super close to the haram, just a 5 min walk to the ladies gate which was really convenient. staff were very helpful and friendly, making our stay comfortable. the room was clean and had comfy beds. breakfast had a good variety of food, so we always had something to enjoy. there’s plenty of elevators too, so no long waits for them.

Recommend it for families with kids

The hotel is near the women's gates so we could reach the mosque quickly. The breakfast had a good variety, which pleased everyone in the family.

I enjoyed my stay with my family for 4 nights, where the rooms featured comfortable beds and pillows that ensured a restful sleep. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, which made for an enjoyable start to our day. The hotel's proximity to the female entrance of the Mosque was genuinely convenient, allowing us to reach it in just a few minutes. One area for improvement would be to enhance the breakfast offerings to include more variety.

Navigating to the mosque involves crossing two roads, which could be a hassle for some. it's a little further than expected. The cramped room made it tricky to manage luggage, and despite the free water, amenities felt limited—two bottles per day, but no cotton buds around. Breakfast gets crowded during peak hours, making it tough to find seating, and while the food is decent, options tend to repeat quite often, particularly lunch with an eastern focus.

the lift was crowded during prayer times. but the staff was extremely professional. especially mrabdullah who was always keen to help. the room had four comfy queen beds.

The environment was neat and clean, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere, while the location was conveniently near the mosque, making it easy to attend prayers. the breakfast offerings were disappointing and repetitive, lacking variety. the reception staff displayed unhelpfulness that put a damper on the overall experience. While the elevators handled the traffic well, there were instances of delays during peak times.

It was just a fitting option for a flash stay in Medina with good value for cost. The location made it super easy to reach the Prophet's Mosque within minutes for Fajr prayer. Bring a power bank as the charging points can be limited in rooms.
